Our policy continues for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, we cannot refund or exchange your products.

Will I have to pay customs on my items?

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide you with the best shipping options, it doesn’t matter where you live. We deliver to tons of customers daily across the globe, with the guarantee to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The period for delivering the order has been divided into two procedures:

Processing time:

Verification of order, quality check, and packing of the order. All the received orders are then sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours. The manufacturers and postal service process the orders, and it takes around 2-4 days more.

Shipping time:

This applies to the time it takes the item/product to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take almost 4-13 days to reach the customers within the United States and 30-45 days around the globe.
If more than 4-13 days have passed for an order shipped in the United States and 45 days have passed for an order shipped around the globe, then please contact us to review the status of your order. Reimbursements will be handled via email if essential.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you approved it, then your refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be transferred to your credit card within a couple of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first, check out your bank account once again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your fund is posted officially.
Secondly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is forwarded.

Sale item (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace only damaged or defective items. If you want to exchange it for the same item, then please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and is directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
Other than that, if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order dispatched to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
The time may vary for the exchange of your product because it depends on where you live.
If you are shipping massive or high-value products then you should consider trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We don’t ensure that we will receive your returned item or not.
